Shipping Policy

  • Once your order has been placed, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt of your order.
  • We will send you an email to confirm dispatch, with a tracking number, along with the logistic partner details. In case of any issue with your order, we will notify you immediately.
  • We dispatch most orders within 2-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Our delivery partners will bring the package to you as early as possible. In case, they are unable to reach the provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
  • You can also track your order from the ‘My Account’ section on the website to get an update on your order status. Here, you will be assisted with a tracking number.
  • You do not need an account to place an order.
  • You can’t modify the order once it has been placed. We suggest you cancel the order and place a new order with your desired changes.
  • Dispatch of all the product(s) ordered, may or may not happen at the same time.
  • The product(s) will be inspected and packaged prior to handing them over to our trusted delivery partners.
  • AAEENA SKINCARE FZE is not responsible for damage after delivery.
  • All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of the day of delivery , in accordance with our Cancellation & Return policy.
  • There are no shipping charges for the orders equal and above the billing value of AED 250.
  •  ‘COD’ option may be available on certain products and jurisdictions as declared by the Company, from time to time and the Company reserves the sole right to decide the same.
  • If you are physically unavailable for taking delivery, please suggest an alternative address or contact number of a reliable person at support@aaeenaskincare.com within 24 hours of order placement, for successful delivery.
